Kitchen

The superb fitted kitchen (2.8m x 1.75m) is finished in white, black and stainless steel.

The worktops, fitted along two walls are 38mm thick, 65cm deep, and are in an imitation black stone finish. Brilliant white floor units are fitted along the full length with an additional tall unit to house the oven, and wall units at one end.

A corner carousel unit with two pivoting wire shelves makes full use of the available space. Above the worktops are 60cm x 33 cm brilliant white wall tiles, with a contrasting insert of two rows of tiles that match the black slate ceramic floor tiles. Edge trimming is in stainless steel. The remaining walls and ceiling have been papered with a relief paper in a plaster style finish and painted brilliant white.




The entire kitchen is newly equipped to include a stainless steel sink with mixer tap,

an integrated washing machine,


a 5-burner gas hob,

a multi-function electric oven,

and a glass and stainless steel extractor hood with halogen lights, vented to the outside.



Ample power sockets are provided in the form of 2 vertical stainless steel columns each housing 4 sockets.

The window, looking onto the pétanque area, is double glazed UPVC in white.
