The Balcony

The balcony is large (8.5m x 1.5m), and is fully enclosed with large sliding glass windows. The aspect is north, which means that you get the early morning sun to sit and enjoy your breakfast, and sun in the evening. During the day, when the sun is at its hottest, the balcony is in the shade, so there is no need for sun blinds etc

For the present owners it is an important and integral part of the apartment, with a large plumbed in American style fridge/freezer, table and chairs for relaxing, an office section with computer (ADSL line), and wall and floor cupboards for storage.

There are several power points (including two English 13A), a phone outlet, water supply (used for the fridge/freezer), and an electric heater for winter.

The view is over the town to the hills beyond, and it is a very quiet and pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal or aperitifs.
