The Apartment

The ground floor apartment is in a small and very quiet development situated on the Mediterranean coast in the town of Six Fours Les Plages.

There is ample private parking and communal maintained gardens with a pétanque area shaded by mulberry trees.

It is ideal for use as either a luxurious holiday apartment or as a permanent home.

The entire apartment has been completely renovated, redecorated, and refitted with quality equipment throughout. There is ample storage in every room for permanent habitation.

There is a reversible climate control system to help keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, and additional electric heating for winter use (sometimes necessary even down here).

All the internal doors have been changed and hung on new frames to allow them to open outwards, which increases the amount of usable space in each room. The external door is a steel multi-point locking security door.

The large balcony is fully enclosed, and has sliding glass windows to allow ample ventilation in summer. There is also extra storage space with four wall units and two floor units. One end is plumbed for an American fridge/freezer. There is also a telephone point here as the balcony makes an ideal office as well as a very pleasant place to relax, have breakfast etc.
